SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Generally, orders will leave via Australia Post within 1-2 business days and hopefully arrive within 4-7 business days from time of order. However, with COVID-19 adding delays to shipping Australia wide, unfortunately we cannot guarantee any time frames at this point in time, so we thank you kindly for your patience and understanding.

Australia Post also suggest allowing extra time for shipping to rural areas, Western Australia and New Zealand ( Approx 7- 12 business days).

RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

If your product has arrived broken or in a way that warrants a refund or replacement.

Nikki.P Kids will be more that happy to pay for your return shipping.
